Job description:

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of GPS devices, MDVR systems, and related products. This role involves monitoring stock levels, verifying stock movements, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the inventory team and other departments.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Monitoring

  • Regularly monitor and track inventory levels of GPS devices, MDVR systems, and related products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

2. Stock Verification

  • Verify and reconcile stock movements (in/out) as recorded by the Inventory Controller.
  • Ensure all stock transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock counts or records.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate regular inventory reports, including stock levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs.

5. Compliance and Quality Control:

  • Ensure all inventory processes adhere to company policies and industry standards.
  • Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, reporting any defects or discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of GPS tracking systems.
    Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and quality control (QC) checks on vehicle tracking devices and sensors before deployment.
  • Inspect returned devices to identify issues and assist in basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation, reports, and inventory records.
  • Help analyze fleet data to optimize vehicle tracking efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to clients and team members when needed
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth system implementation

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Engineering, IT, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field
  • Basic knowledge of GPS systems, vehicle wiring, and telematics (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)

Operations

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Intern to support operational activities including data management, inventory coordination, and basic device configuration. This role provides hands-on exposure to core operational processes and requires someone who is organized, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Data Management:

  • Perform data entry, updating, and verification to ensure accuracy of operational records.
  • Filter, clean, and organize data from various sources for better usability and reporting.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing records.
  • Assist in maintaining operational logs, spreadsheets, and system documentation.
  • Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries for operational insights.

Inventory & Stock Handling

  • Assist in receiving stock, verifying quantities, and updating inventory records.
  • Support inventory packing, labeling, and preparing stock for deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock pick-up, arrangement, and documentation.

Device Configuration & Preparation

  • Assist in configuring basic device settings according to deployment requirements (training provided).
  • Ensure device accessories and packaging are correctly assigned and prepared before deployment.
  • Assist in device testing, checking, and basic troubleshooting under guidance.

General Administrative Support

  • Support operational documentation, filing, and process organization.
  • Assist the operations team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tools.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn technical processes such as device configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
